Citrus is run by senior consultant Karon Phillips. With over 20 years experience managing charities at local and national level, Karon understands the challenges faced by those working in the voluntary sector. Since setting up Citrus in 2009, Karon has helped numerous organisations, small and large, from local charities to national organisations and housing associations.
To date, Citrus has raised for its clients some £8 million from the Big Lottery alone, as well as sums from other funders including Children in Need, Comic Relief, and Henry Smith.
Karon has a Diploma in Fundraising and is a member of the Institute of Fundraising. She is also an Associate of the national consultancy Action Planning.
